Registration for the following academic school year is always open for currently enrolled students, their siblings, and the siblings of our alumni. A $500 non-refundable deposit (which is applied toward tuition) is required to register a child and hold their space in an upcoming school year. Registrations received for the above will be confirmed upon receipt. Registrations received for non-currently enrolled students are accepted and confirmed in order of receipt beginning November 15th as class space allows. This gives currently enrolled students, their siblings, and the siblings of our alumni a grace period for first preference of class offerings. Once a class fills, waiting lists are formed.

A non-refundable deposit towards your child’s tuition is due at the time of registration. The deposit can be paid by check made payable to: The Burlington Academy of Learning. You will then have the option to pay the balance of the school tuition in one of two ways:

1. Full payment of the annual tuition balance on or before July 5th of the appropriate school year or
2. A monthly 12-payment budget option on the 5th of each month from July - June of the appropriate school year.

After registration and account setup, your selection is made through your enrollment in the FACTS Tuition Management service, http://www.factspayment.com , an online process that authorizes the automatic payment of your tuition and fees from your bank account or credit card. Each family will be required to pay a one-time FACTS enrollment fee of $45 (per year). This fee will be added to each family’s first payment. Please be assured neither the school nor FACTS will have any direct access to or knowledge about the status of your bank account.

Registration for our summer programs is ongoing for all students. A non-refundable deposit towards your child’s summer program tuition is required at the time of summer registration. The balance of your child’s summer tuition is due in two equal installments due May 1st and June 1st.

1. Child's learning style
2. Teacher's style
3. Boy/girl ratios
4. Student personalities
5. Number of students
6. Age of student
7. Composition of ages in other classes
8. Developmental level of child (physical, language, social, emotional, and independence level).
9. Behavior
10. Space availability

Parent opinions and preferences are always welcomed and considered, but cannot always be followed. The school must make all final decisions about student placement.
